Roof Installation
Involves removing the old roof, cleaning up the roof deck system, prepping for underlayment and ice water shield membrane. Before any underlayment is installed, rafters, wood boards, OBS, and plywood showing sign of deterioration, rottenness, damage, and mold are replaced. Subsequently, your new roof shingles are installed.

Flat Roof Installation

Tear off and insulation removal takes place first, sometimes flat roofs have up to five layers of modified bitumen membrane or hot tar membranes which can increase the price of the roof project. After everything is removed, rafters, wood boards, and plywood, showing sign of deterioration, rottenness, damage, and mold are replaced. Then, cleaning up and prepping up takes place after repairing flat roof deck system. Eventually, flat roof is pitched with insulation for rain water to runoff, an base membrane is installed before any torch down or adhesive installation work process. Lastly, your new flat roof is painted with silver coating to protect from UVA.
Siding Installation
Siding, wrap underlayment, windows and doors cap flashing are removed from exterior wall siding. Then, any rotten wood, damaged plywood, and boards are replaced. After cleaning, removing nails, and fixing, exterior walls are wrap with Tybek homewrap, insulation and new flashing are installed . Finally, siding is installed.


Gutter Installation
Hangers holding the gutter at the fascia are unscrewed, gutter and gutter apron are cut every 6 ft so it is manageable to take down and carry. Once the gutter is take down, we replaced any rotten fascia board, and damaged rafters at the eave. Then, we measure the size of the gutter for each section of the house and proceed to install your new gutter. Likewise, downspouts, and gutter accessories are installed.
Fascia Installation
Fascia installation pretty much consists of similar steps mentioned above for roof, siding, and gutter. Remove, repair damaged areas, clean up, and install a new fascia board back at the eave. Houses have different style and materials installed, therefore, the price project could increase depending on the materials the homeowners want to install. Treated wood fascia board installation will require more labor hours, and bit longer to finish the job compare to aluminum fascia flashing installation which is much easier to install, to repair rotten and damaged fascia boards.
In addition, if gutters are not going to be replaced, taking down and putting back will add extra cost to the project.


SoffitInstallation
Soffit is removed, sections are taken down if it is just repair. However, if the whole house soffit is being replaced then complete removal is done. Clean up and prep takes place after, rotten wood board and rafters are replaced. Soffit are made from wood, aluminum, and vinyl, the homeowner decides which material to be installed.
